Editor, The Herald:

It was kind of upsetting reading the article concerning the twice-a-year real estate tax. It stated when and if Prince Edward County does so it would not be done without cost. To me, and others I have talked to, that sounds like a threat. It is the County’s job to work out these problems, not to threaten the taxpayers.
