CULLEN, November 11 — Iva Mae Lowry Driskill, 77, of Cullen, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014. She was born on January 19, 1937, in Prince Edward County to the late Harry J. and Alice Fowlkes Lowry.

She was married to Robert D. Driskill for 60 years. If he moved, she was ready to go with him. Together they raised four children and a grandchild. She loved to hunt, fish and taking care of her husband.

Mrs. Driskill is survived by two daughters, Lisa Roller (Dennis) of Clover and Sherry Anderson (Kelly) of Abilene; two brothers, Harry Lowry and Raymond Lowry both of Farmville; a sister, Elizabeth Berrere of Farmville; eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert D. Driskill Jr. and Kenneth W. Driskill, and three brothers, James Lee Lowry, George Lowry and William H. Wilkerson.

A memorial service was held Sunday, November 9 at Mt Nebo Baptist Church, Abilene.
