Alice LeSueur Young, 79

NORTH CHESTERFIELD, November 18 — Alice LeSueur Young, 79, of North Chesterfield, went to be with Jesus on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the home of her sister and brother-in-law in Buckingham County. Mrs. Young was born November 29, 1934 to the late Joshua Jackson and Mary Jamerson LeSueur. She was the widow of Lawrence Young.

She was employed by Virginia Lee Properties as a bookkeeper for the past 28 years. As a member of Central Baptist Church, she was an avid follower of Christ.

Mrs. Young is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Hazel L. Ragland and James M. Ragland; sisters-in-law, Barbara S. LeSueur and Lillie R. LeSueur; two nieces, Jacqueline K. Wagner (Chris Wagner) and Angela A. LeSueur; a nephew, Todd Ragland; five great-nephews, Mathew Wagner, Ethan Wagner, Walter Saxon, Joshua Saxon, and John Saxon; great-niece, Megan Ragland; two great-great-nieces, Gwyneth Wagner and Grayce Wagner; and numerous other family and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward J. LeSueur and Ivan L. LeSueur.

A funeral service was held Tuesday, November 18 at Central Baptist Church, North Chesterfield.
