Editor, The Herald:

Well, here it is, tax time again on real estate and personal property, to be paid in one lump sum. I understood when the new treasurer was elected and put in office she was going to do something about paying our taxes in two payments June and December. When does she plan to do this? It is way overdue. We are the only county anywhere around that is paying our taxes once a year in one lump sum.
