FLORIDA, October 23 — Peter J. Jones, Sr., of Jacksonville, Florida, formerly of Farmville died Sunday, October 19, 2014.

Mr. Jones served in the United States Army. He graduated from Howard University and worked as an Areo Space Engineer for NASA for 33 years.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 25 at 11 a.m. from the Minor B. Eggleston Chapel, 914 S. Main Street, Farmville, with interment in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Farmville.
