FARMVILLE — On Saturday, June 7, youth league teams from Prince Edward, Buckingham, Cumberland, and Goochland counties gathered at the Field of Dreams to play in Prince Edward Farmville Youth Association's “Runs To Beat Cancer” Day.

The day was filled with many games in a double-elimination tournament, while most teams supported the cause by dressing in pink helmets, socks, shirts, and ribbons.
