Miss Meghann Shepard, daughter of Van and Agnes Shepard, of Buckingham, is engaged to be married to Prasad William Neumann. He is the son of the Reverend Saraswati Neumann and William Neumann.

The wedding is planned for July 4 on the banks of Lake Lucy.
