ANDREA B. CURBEAN and MAURICE J. BARTEE, both of whom are non-resident individuals

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien for taxes assessed by the County of Cumberland, Virginia, against certain real property designated on the County Tax Maps as Tax Map 081-a-76.

An affidavit having been made and filed that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the record owners of the property, Howard W. Bartee, Ethel Bartee, and Orlando S. Bartee and any other heirs at law of Howard W. Bartee, Ethel Bartee, and Orlando S. Bartee, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject property because they are heirs, devisees and successors in title or interest of the above named individuals, who may be deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, and further that Andrea B. Curbean and Maurice J. Bartee are non-resident individuals, it is hereby

ORDERED that each of said parties appear on or before June 24, 2014, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests in said land.

And it is further ORDERED, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 8.01-321, that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Cumberland County, Virginia.
