Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Foege, of Richmond, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Heather Marie Foege, of Richmond, to Palmer Dunevant Hollister, also of Richmond, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Palmer Hollister, of Moseley.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Priscilla Barker, of Natick, MA, and the late General David Barker, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Foege, formerly of Richmond.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Dunevant, formerly of Enonville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Horace Lawrence Hollister, formerly of Midlothian.

Heather graduated from Monacan High School and Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. She is an accounting specialist for Care Advantage and All About Care.

Palmer graduated from Clover Hill High School and Christopher Newport University School of Business. He is the owner of Hollister Project Management Company.

A March 15 wedding is planned.
