Longtime business owner and town council member Sandra F. Moss was recently elected vice-mayor of the Dillwyn Town Council during the council’s reorganizational meeting in January. Moss, a partner with Moss Motor Company in Dillwyn, is active in many civic organizations in Buckingham and Dillwyn, including the chamber of commerce, the Town’s revitalization committee, and the Dillwyn Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.
