In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $243,000.00, dated February 6, 2012, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham on February 10, 2012, in Deed Book 395, at Page 837, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the main entrance of the courthouse for the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, 13061 West James Anderson HWY, Buckingham, VA on December 13, 2013 at 12:30 PM, the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: “Lot A” containing 5.00 acres, more or less, as described by a plat of survey by P. Timothy Stanley, Certified Land Surveyor, entitled ‘The Zimmerman Property,” dated November 10, 2011 and found recorded in the Clerk’s Office , Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 394, Page 622, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.
