An enforcement action has been proposed for Mr. Robert E. Bryant for violations of the Virginia Waste Management Board in Buckingham County. The Virginia Waste Management Board proposes to issue a Consent Order to Mr. Bryant to resolve violations regarding the management of solid waste located on 190 Shade Tree Road in New Canton, Virginia.
