Twin Lakes State Park announces the following events:

Saturday, Sept. 28, 2 p.m. – National Public Lands Day Hike; a walk around Goodwin Lake to learn the Park’s origins, meet at the Interpretive Circle near the parking lot of the concession stand, no change.

Twin Lakes State Park is now actively seeking groups, clubs and individuals to help with the annual Haunting on the Lake Halloween Festival October 25-26. The park is casting everything from witches and werewolves to trail guides and pumpkins patch attendants. For more information on how to join the Halloween fun, call Carley York at (434) 392-3435.
