CHESTERFIELD, September 24 — Mary H. Branch, 74, of Chesterfield, formerly of Cumberland, departed this life on Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Chesterfield.

She is survived by her mother, Queen Estelle Branch; four daughters, Irene Wade, Naomi Wade, Gwendolyn Alston (Skip) and Arlene Wade-Oliver (Fred); two sons, Robert Lee Wade Jr. (Sonya) and Gregory Wade; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Freda Langhorne (Thomas); four brothers, Nathan Branch Jr. (Delma), Webster Branch (Renee’), Ellis Branch (Katherine) and John Branch (Angela); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Her remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home, Cumberland, where public viewing will be held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Cumberland, with the Rev. Lowell Foster, pastor, officiating and the Rev. Derik E. Jones, eulogist. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
