Get ideas on how to control spending, create a holiday spending plan, and avoid unplanned debt with the Cumberland and Amelia Extension Offices and Christmas Mother. They are partnering to offer a Minimizing Holiday Debt Workshop on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 10-11:30 a.m. and on Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Cumberland Community Center, Community Center Drive, Conference Room 8.
