The object to this suit is to quiet title in Plaintiff to that certain 31.4 acres if real estate located in Madison District of Cumberland County, Virginia, known as Tax Map #63-A-3. It appearing from Affidavit filed herein that the location of none of the named Defendants has been found and that said individuals are believed to be deceased; that after diligent search none of their successors in interest have been found other than the Plaintiff; it further appearing that there could be other individuals attempting to claim an interest in the subject property, it is Ordered that all named parties herein and anyone claiming an interest in the said 31.4 acre parcel of real estate appear before this Court on or before the 16^th day of September, 2013, and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.
