In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $224,002.00, with an annual interest rate of 5.5000% from LORETTA MABRY AND LAWRENCE A. BOWLES dated February 22, 2010, recorded among the land records of the Cir-cuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument Number 20100213, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on June 3, 2013 at 9:00 AM, the property with improvements to wit:
LOT NO. 4, WESTCHESTER PLANTATION, ON A PLAT OF SURVEY MADE BY MEREDITH HELM, C. L.S., DAT-ED APRIL 16, 1974, A COPY OF WHICH PLAT IS OF RECORD IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 42, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HERE MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED. SAID LANDS ARE FUR-THER SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SURVEY MADE BY WOODROW K. COFER, C.L.S., DATED MARCH 29, 1993, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 190, AT PAGE 654. SUBJECT TO A 40 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY CONVEYED TO CUMBERLAND COUNTY FOR STATE ROUTE 693 WHICH IS RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 151, AT PAGE 155.
