Susie Taylor, of Dillwyn, celebrated her 55th birthday on Tuesday, May 21. In honor of her birthday, the following people enjoyed an evening meal at a Cumberland Restaurant on Tuesday, May 21. Barry and Linda Miles, of Cumberland; Patricia Woodfin, of New Canton; and Susie Taylor of Dillwyn. All enjoyed a nice time of fellowship.

The Buckingham County Christian Fellowship Association, a non-profit organization will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 3 at 5 p.m. at Cedar Baptist Church, located off of U.S. 15 North of Dillwyn on State Route 650 (Bell Rd.).

All members are asked to attend and bring a covered dish for the evening meal. Following this meal will be guest speaker Henry Fulcher of Farmville.

Arvonia Christian Fellowship Church, located on State Route 672, will host their regular first Sunday Gospel Sing on Sunday, June 2 at 1 p.m. Featured will be Ashley Repass from Harrisonburg.
