Davis, Jr., dated May 19, 2010, recorded May 25, 2010 as Instrument #20100573 among the land records for Cumberland County, Virginia, default having occurred, the Substitute Trustee, who was appointed by the instrument recorded as Instrument #20130443 among the land records of Cumberland County, Virginia, at the direction of the secured party, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, on June 20, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., local time, at the main entrance of the Circuit Court for Cumberland County, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia, 23040, the realty and personalty described in the said Deed of Trust located at the above address and briefly described as: 51 Farmstead Drive, Cumberland, Virginia; Tax Map No.: 066-1-27. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
