In execution of a deed of trust, from LESTER H. SHEPPERSON and LUCILLE J. SHEPPERSON, dated March 14, 2005, in the original principal amount of $63,895.50, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200500835, (Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 201300739), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward County, Virginia, on the 11th day of June, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. that certain tract of real estate now or formerly known as 1568 Schultz Mill Rd., Meherrin, Virginia 23954, the following described real estate situated in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia:
All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Leigh Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 2.00 acres, and more clearly shown on that certain plat made by Gregory A. Watson, Land Surveyor, dated November 9, 2004, of record in the Office of the Clerk, Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200500835.
