LYNCHBURG, April 4 – Howard Wilson Taylor, 74, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, March 25, 2013. He was born May 22, 1938 in Buckingham County, a son of the late John Andrew Taylor and A. Pearl Garrett Taylor.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Pleasant View Baptist Church, Forest. A family grave-side service will be held at 4 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Dillwyn.
