Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Telecommunications Facility

All interested persons are invited to comment on any potential effects that may be caused to historic properties, if any such properties are or may be located at or near the site, from a proposed 195' tall monopole tower and cellular equipment facility to be constructed off Holiday Hills Drive, approximately 6.0-miles east of the community of Pamplin, Prince Edward County, Virginia. This no-tice is provided in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 C.F.R. Part 1, Appendices B and C. Comments are requested by April 20, 2012.

The facility will consist of a 195' tall monopole tower with an initial three-sector antenna array and an approximate 4' tall lightning arrestor at the top, and one secure locked and fenced equipment compound within a 100' by 100' lease area. Lighting for the tower, if applicable, will be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration specifications. Utility lines will be routed based on the design provided by the local utility company and in accordance with local codes. Access to the site will be gained from Holiday Hills Drive to an unimproved existing road and proposed access drive.
