In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $178,964.00, with an annual interest rate of 6.3750% from Craig A. Steele dated November 28, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward as Deed Book/Instrument Number 200703189, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Prince Edward, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on March 1, 2013 at 11:30 AM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT or parcel of land, lying and being in the Lockett Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 3.000 acres and more clearly shown as Lot 12 on that plat of survey entitled “The Shook/Hubbard Tract” prepared by Kevin A. Merkey dated April 2, 2007, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia in Plat Cabinet A, at Slide 350 #3. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description as contained in said plat. The description contained in said plat is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually herein contained.
