National Communications Towers, LLC of Richmond, VA will be conducting a balloon flight for a proposed 195' tall wireless communications tower to be located on parcel 158-13 adjoining Toga Road, Dillwyn, Virginia 23936. The balloon flight is a requirement of the Buckingham County Zoning Ordinance prior to an applicant seeking zoning approval. The balloon flight will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. behind Toga Trading Post, off of Routes 24 and 746. Interested parties may stop by and ask questions at their convenience. Should inclement weather occur, the successive alternates dates will be Wednesday, February 20, 2013 and Thursday, February 21, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
