In execution of a deed of trust, from PHILIP WOMBLE dated February 1, 2008, in the original principal amount of $74,404.37, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200800298, (Seth E. Twery having been appointed Substitute Trustee under Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated January 11, 2013, of record in said Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 201300139), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction on the front steps of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Prince Edward, Virginia on the 6th day of March, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 4532 Hardtimes Rd., Prospect, Virginia 23960 situated in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, more particularly described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, lying and being in Prospect Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 3.00 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat, made by Robert S. Maxey, Jr., L.S., dated January 6, 2002, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia as Instrument Number #200800297.
