Jones dated September 11, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham as Deed Book/Instrument Number 350 AT PAGE 856, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Buckingham, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on February 11, 2013 at 1:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING, LYING AND BEING IN MARSHALL DISTRICT OF BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING TWO (2.00) ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SAID LANDS BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS TO METES AND BOUNDS AS LOT A ON A FIAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY ROBERT LUM, C.L.S., SAID PLAT BEING DATED JULY 19, 1996.
