Leckey dated August 3, 2001, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward as Deed Book/Instrument Number 359, Page 164, re-recorded on March 27, 2002 in Book 368 at Page 756, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Prince Edward, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on February 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM, the property with improvements to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING, LYING AND BEING IN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 5.00 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY ELISHA E. HODGES, III, L.S., OF MAXEY-HINES & ASSOCIATED, P.C., DATED JANUARY 2, 1998, AND RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN DEED BOOK 317, AT PAGE 874.
