In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $76,050.00 (with interest), from David DeJesus and Tammy S. DeJesus, dated August 20, 2007 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia in Instrument No. 200702425; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation – VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, on January 14, 2013 at 11:00 o'clock a.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

All that certain piece or parcel of land located on Oak Hill Road (State Route No. 615) in Prospect Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia CONTAINING 4.13 ACRES according to a survey by William W. Dickerson, Jr., Land Surveyor, dated February 15, 2002, which survey is attached to deed dated October 18, 2006 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, in Instrument No. 200603142, and by this specific reference for a more complete description of the premises by metes and bounds.

This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting subject property.
