Morgan Elizabeth Watts, of Farmville, daughter of Larry and Patricia Watts, of Farmville, and Timothy James O'Neill, of Virginia Beach, son of Brian and Kimberley O'Neill, of Virginia Beach, announce their engagement.

Ms. Watts is a student of nursing at University of Virginia, and will be a May graduate.

Mr. O'Neill, a student of architecture at University of Virginia, will also graduate in May.

A June 22 wedding is planned.
