The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant, Preston C. Benjamin, on the ground of having lived separate and apart without interruption, and without cohabitation, for a period in excess of one year, pursuant to Virginia Code 20-91(9); and that she be granted such other and further relief as Plaintiff's cause may require and equity deems meet. It appearing by Affidavit that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of Emily Turtlewoman to ascertain his whereabouts, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court within ten (10) days after due publication of this Notice, being on or before March 6, 2013 at 1:30pm protect his interests herein.
