ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to partition a certain parcel of real estate in the Slate River District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 53 acres, described as Lot No. 1 on a plat of F.W. Swan, Surveyor for the County of Buckingham, dated May 20, 1921 of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County in Deed Book 26, Page 140 and assigned to Frank Fountain by decree of the Circuit Court of said County in the case of Watkins et. als. v. Fountain et. als. dated May 25, 1921 of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 26, Page 139.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Linda Carter, Jane Carter, Catherine Carter, Terry Landers, Jimmy Landers, Ricky Landers and Sharon Landers are not residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that their addresses are unknown; that T.C. Landers is a resident of New Jersey whose address is 6 Deer Run, Lebanon, NJ 08833 and that the unknown heirs, successors and assigns of Frank Fountain, Flemming Fountaine a/k/a Flemming Fountain, Catherine Fountaine

Carter, Richard Carter, Barney Carter, Howard Carter, Jeanne Carter, Barbara Carter, Willie Smith Landers, Hildy Landers, Jimmy James Landers and Albert Landers and all persons interested in their estate are unknown, it is therefore

ORDERED that Linda Carter, Jane Carter, Catherine Carter, Terry Landers, Jimmy Landers, Ricky Landers, Sharon Landers, T.C. Landers and the said unknown heirs, successors and assigns of Frank Fountain, Flemming Fountaine a/k/a Flemming Fountain, Catherine Fountaine Carter, Richard Carter, Barney Carter, Howard Carter, Jeanne Carter, Barbara Carter, Willie Smith Landers, Hildy Landers, Jimmy James Landers and Albert Landers and all persons interested in their estates appear on or before the day of March 22, 2013, in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Buckingham, Virginia, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
