MIDLOTHIAN, December 11 – Command Sgt. Major Retired, Harold Timothy Eggleston, 54, of Midlothian, formerly of Farmville, died on Thursday, December 6, 2012.

He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Nash Eggleston; children, Harold T. Eggleston Jr. and Ebony Eggleston; mother, Ruth S. Eggleston; siblings, Carolyn Eggleston-Town, Michael L. Eggleston and Carl U. Eggleston.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12 at noon at the Minor B. Eggleston Chapel, Farmville, with interment in Veterans Cemetery of Amelia with full military honors.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday (tonight) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Minor B. Eggleston Chapel.

Carl U. Eggleston of the Oliver & Eggleston Funeral Establishment, Farmville, is serving the family.
