Winning Fair And Square

Editor, The Herald:
If I may inject some thoughts on honesty. How well I can remember my high school days as a member on the track team. How proud I was to represent my school. Each race was fair and square. All who were in the race depended only on our speed. We did not slander or downgrade anyone in order to win.
Nowadays competition seems to be in some cases everything but fair and square.
We, the people, rich or poor should always stand for that which is right and just winning is always great.
In all our winning we should always make sure we won the old-fashion way. Fair and square.
