CLARK dated February 17, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD as Deed Book/Instrument Number 200600494, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on December 3, 2012 at 1:45 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
CONTAINING 6.86 ACRES, AND KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 47C AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT ENTITLED “HATTERS CREEK ESTATES, SECTION C”. SAID PLAT RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 148, NOW PLAT CABINET A, SLIDE 95. AND FURTHER DESCRIBED BY THAT CERTAIN PLAT RECORDED IN THE AFORESAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 299 AT PAGE 423.
AND further described in the above Deed of Trust.
