The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Circuit Courtroom at the Cumberland Courthouse in Cumberland, Virginia, to conduct a public hearing to consider the following item:

The adoption of an ordinance exempting property owned by Northfield Foundation for Eating Disorders, Inc. Tax ID # 058-A-1A. An application for exemption was filed as follows: Request for Exemption from Real Estate and Personal Property. Tax. Section 58.1-3651 Property Exempt from taxation by classification or designation by ordinance adopted by local governing body on or after January 1, 2003.

The total assessed value of the real property: $1,463,460

Total real property taxes for 2012: $9,951.54

Copies of the complete documents of the above proposed exemption are available for public review at the County Administrator's office in the Cumberland County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm of each business day.
