The object of this suit is to sell that two parcels of realty in Maysville District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing twelve (12.0) acres and eight (8.0) acres, known as Tax Map #9 -37 & 94-38, and belonging to some of the heirs of Mildred J. Forbes. It appears that the Defendant Crystal Forbes is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia; it is Ordered that said Party appear before this Court on or before the 21st day of December, 2012 and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.
