In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $111,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 5.3300% from Melissa E. Moss dated December 1, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland as Deed Book/Instrument Number 20062308, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Cumberland, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on October 22, 2012 at 2:15 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Town of Farmville, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing three hundred eighty-eight / thousandths (0.388) of an acre, more or less, said lands fronting on Jackson Avenue (Va. Secondary Route # 1008) in said town and being more particularly described as Lot #6 of the Addition to Jackson Heights by a plat of survey prepared by Donald R. Maxey, L.S., dated June 16, 1996, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, in Deed Book 210, at page 83, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said lands.
