Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated February 13, 2006, in the original principal amount of $138,803.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 20060220, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:

That certain parcel of land containing 2.0 ac +/-, as shown on a plat of survey recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 210, Page 342, and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.

The sale will take place on OCTOBER 3, 2012, AT 6:15 P.M., at the front entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, located on Route 60, Cumberland, VA.

The property and the improvements thereon will be sold “AS IS” and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
