Clear Signal Towers, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located at 25805 James Madison Highway, New Canton, Virginia 23123. The new facility will consist of a 199-foot above ground level monopole tower with future panel antenna arrays installed a center heights of 165-feet, 175-feet, 185-feet and 195-feet above ground level. Support equipment will be located in a 60-foot x 60-foot fenced compound at the base of the tower.
