In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $50,000.00 from Jerry E. Lewis and Laurie U. Lewis, dated August 15, 2002 and recorded August 15, 2002 as Instrument #20021416 among the land records for Cumberland County, Virginia, default having occurred, the Substitute Trustee, who was appointed by the instrument recorded as Instrument #20120781 among the land records of Cumberland County, Virginia, at the direction of the secured party, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, on October 24, 2012, at 2:10 P.M., local time, at the main entrance of the Circuit Court for Cumberland County, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, VA 23040-0008, the realty and personalty described in the said Deed of Trust located at the above address and briefly described as: 1213 Old Buckingham Road, Powhatan, Virginia; Tax Map Reference No. 69-A-34. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
