Short on numbers, the Fuqua School football team continued preseason workouts on Monday evening. “We've always been thin, but not quite as thin as we're starting out this season,” said Fuqua head football coach Lewis “Skeeter” Fore. “It's tricky numbers-wise right now. About every school we play is in a similar situation, but when you have four or five more players, that can make a heck of a difference over the course of a game. We've had that advantage in the past, but we don't this year.” Fuqua was scheduled to scrimmage Randolph-Henry on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. in Charlotte C.H.
