CUMBERLAND – Just in time for summertime eating, Cumberland County now has a Farmers Market. The fresh produce will be available every Wednesday starting on July 11.

“This is an exciting project as it brings yet another service and provides one more opportunity for Cumberland residents to stay here and shop in the Cumberland Courthouse area while helping local farmers/growers sell their crops,” offered Greg Baka, Cumberland's director of community and economic development, about the Farmers Market accomplishment.

The Farmers Market in Cumberland is located at Fitzgerald Memorial Baptist Church near the Courthouse area and will be open between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
