District V Umpire Coordinator “Shorty” Ferrell, who was the plate umpire for Tuesday's District V Championship Game, assists Prince Edward Farmville's Jason Cooke with an equipment matter. Cooke then slapped a two-RBI double down the right field line to give PE Farmville a 6-1 lead.
