Clear Signal Towers, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located off US-60, Buckingham, VA 23921 northeast of the Mt. Rush Highway and US-60 intersection. A 199-foot monopole and ground support equipment will be installed within a 100-foot by 100-foot lease area.
