Dinwiddie National drew the first day bye.
The loser of the PE Farmville/CB game will play in the 4 p.m. contest on Saturday against the Lunenburg/Blackstone loser, with the winners of those games scheduled to play at 6 p.m.
WVHL 92.9 FM will broadcast the entire District V Minors Tournament.
The Dixie Softball District I Tournaments continue play in Lawrenceville at historic Sonny Wholey Park.
The Ponytails and Belles Tournaments will be held this weekend.
Prince Edward Farmville will not field a Ponytails team, but the Belles will participate in the weekend's festivities.
The Belles open play on Friday at 4 p.m. against Lunenburg. Due to a team dropping out of the seven-team field, the brackets were redrawn, and second day information was not available to The Herald at press time on Thursday.
