May 3 – Tre' Antonio Walton-Ridley passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012. He was born March 6, 1995 in Farmville to Roger Lee Ridley Sr. and Mable Lynette Walton-Ridley.

He is survived by his parents, brothers, Markeith Walton (Odellia), Brian Walton, Roger Ridley Jr., and Derrick Ridley; sister, Shannon Ridley; grandmother, Pearl B. Walton; four nephews, Kilante, Markeith Jr., Malachi and Machai; uncles and aunts, Reginald Walton (Daisy), Gideon Walton (Shirl), Willis Walton, Terrence Walton (Wanda) and David Walton (Tasha); aunts, Geraldine Pride (Howard Sr.), Tammy Cheatham (Calvin Sr.), and Rosemary Biggers; godfather, John Pride Jr; godmother, Catina Neal; great aunts and uncles, Laura Watson, Perlizer Davis (Thomas), Francis Smith (Arthur), Sarah Eggleston, Bud Stokes, Hugo Hester, and Marcella Hester and many devoted cousins, family and friends.

A funeral service was held Monday, April 30 at New Bethel Baptist Church, Meherrin, with interment in the church cemetery.
