BCHS Girls Win Quad Meet

The Buckingham County High School girls track team won a four-way meet with Cumberland, Nottoway and Central of Lunenburg on Wednesday afternoon.

The Lady Knights accumulated 68.5 points, while Cumberland finished in second with 54.5 points to edge Nottoway (50) and Central (41).

Placing for Buckingham were:

Kristen Gough: Shot Put 30' (personal best)

Tiffany Spencer: 300 IH (intermediate hurdles) 54.2 (personal best)

Marisa Robinson: 800m run 2:53

400m Relay Team: Spencer, Deysia Ayres, Adashya Crawley, Johniesha Smith 53.3

Conway: Long Jump 14'6

Kim Warner: High Jump 4'6 (personal best)
