Elizabeth Coles Crymes-Zumbro and Wayne Keith “Spike” Zumbro are delighted to announce their recent marriage. The service took place February 4 in a lodge overlooking the lake at Poverty Point State Park, Delhi, Louisiana.
Officiating at the double-ring ceremony was Brian Rogers, nephew of the groom and youth minister at Baskin Baptist Church, Baskin, LA.
Ring bearer was Eli Rogers, great-nephew of the groom and son of the minister. David Brame, of Mechanicsville, MD, and Paul Rogers, brother-in-law of the groom, were groomsmen.
Jacob Leslie, great-nephew of the groom, played violin prenuptial and wedding selections. Photographer was Kristi Zumbro Leslie, niece of the groom, of Shreveport, LA.
Elizabeth is the daughter of Mitty Crymes and the late Al Crymes, of Lunenburg. Spike is the son of the late Alvin J. and Elsie Jean Thronhill Zumbro, of Blackstone and Meherrin.
The reception was held at the Waterfront Grill at Black Bear Golf Course, Delhi, LA.
Hosting the wedding party for the week were Beverly and Paul Rogers, sister and brother-in-law of the groom, of Baskin, LA.
Elizabeth is a registered dietitian with Davita Dialysis, and Spike is employed by United Parcel Service (UPS) in Keysville.
Following completion of their new home, they will reside in Lunenburg.
