In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $191,200.00, with an annual interest rate of 6.8750% from GEORGE M. LASTINGER, JR. dated September 8, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM as Deed Book/Instrument Number 335 AT PAGE 227, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on April 16, 2012 at 1:15 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MARSHALL DISTRICT, BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING, ACCORDING TO THE LAND BOOKS OF SAID COUNTY, 2.070 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING SHOWN AND DESCRIBED ON A PLAT OF SURVEY MADE MARCH 5, 1975, BY RALPH P. HINES, C.L.S., A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA IN DEED BOOK 098, AT PAGE 548, THE BOUNDARIES OF WHICH PLAT ARE MODIFIED BY A CERTAIN BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 7, 1994, WITH ACCOMPANYING PLAT OF BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY MADE BY CARROLL GILLISPIE, LAND SURVEYOR, DATED APRIL 29, 1994, BOTH BEING OF RECORD IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 193, AT PAGES 639 THROUTH 644, AND TO WHICH PLATS, SURVEYS AND AGREEMENT REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED.
