Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2006, in the original principal amount of $42,524.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, Virginia as Instrument No. 20061501, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on May 9, 2012, at 2:15 p.m., in front of the building housing the Cumberland County Circuit Court, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, VA, the property designated as containing 2.68 acres, more or less, as shown on plat of survey, a copy of which is recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 161, Page 172.
Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
